Michele Martin is the President of Prosperity and leads the wealth management practice at EisnerAmper. With a focus on strategic growth, she oversees the development of the team, the creation of service models, and the design of custom solutions for high-net-worth clients. Her leadership supports the firm’s mission to address complex financial situations with integrated financial planning, investment management, and tax strategies, all tailored to client needs.

With over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michele works directly with business owners, executives, retirees, and their families to provide comprehensive financial planning and tax-efficient solutions.

Her career, bridging both financial and personal aspects of wealth management, provides Michele with a unique perspective. Drawing from her background in private banking and commercial lending, she combines a strong business acumen with a client-centered approach. By prioritizing the bigger picture, Michele helps clients balance financial challenges and opportunities with personal decisions, often during pivotal life events.

Michele and her team are deeply committed to understanding their clients—personal and business goals finding fulfillment in helping them solve problems and alleviate stress. Ultimately, what continues to fuel Michele is helping clients navigate life on their terms with confidence.

Before joining Prosperity, Michele led Lurie Wealth Advisors, a Minnesota-based wealth advisory firm.
