Cassity Wingenbach serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Prosperity, leading operations and strategic initiatives across the firm. Leveraging a decade of industry experience, Cassity is well-versed in managing diverse operations, ensuring that the firm adheres to the highest standards and delivers exceptional and rewarding wealth management experiences for our clients.  

Under Cassity's leadership, the operations team brings the firm's strategic vision to life by optimizing resources and streamlining workflows. Her focus on innovation and efficiency has allowed the team to prioritize client needs and strengthen relationships.  

Previously, Cassity served as the Director of Practice Strategy at a national accounting  and business advisory firm. She oversaw operations, led professional development, managed technological infrastructure, and facilitated key partnerships.
