Alan Gubernick is a Wealth Advisor with Prosperity and a Private Client Service Partner at EisnerAmper. For over three decades, he has advised high-net-worth clients and business owners on complex tax strategies and integrated wealth planning to achieve their goals. 

Additionally, Alan has unique expertise in the real estate sector working on behalf of developers and syndicators to optimize project tax credits, conduct annual audits, and address tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service. He is versed in working with state regulation and compliance monitoring. By building meaningful relationships with business owners, Alan creates financial strategies that balance long-term business planning with short-term operational efficiencies.  

Prior to joining the firm, Alan was a partner with St. Clair CPAs, P.C., a leading accounting, audit, tax, advisory and financial consulting firm.
